Statistics show that 69% of adults 35-44 have lost at least one permanent tooth to an accident, gum disease or tooth decay. Dental implants are frequently the best treatment option for replacing missing teeth. Dental implants are long-term replacements that are surgically placed into the jawbone. Unlike dentures which rest on the gum line, or fixed bridges which rely on adjacent teeth for support, implants are surgically imbedded.

In our office the only implants we do are to create anchor teeth to help hold dentures and partials in place. If Dr. Palm thinks conventional implants are the answer to your dental needs, he will send you to a specialist.
