Insurance
At Palm Family Dental we understand the concern for the patient’s out-of-pocket expense.
We accept traditional dental insurance plans as well as participating in all PPO plans. We are an In-Network provider. Don’t see your insurance plan on our list? Please contact us at 248-398-6046 and we will gladly verify your plan.
No Dental Insurance? We offer a dental supplemental plan for the uninsured (See Supplemental Plans).

Fees & Financing
To keep you informed we will always provide a written estimate before we begin any services. We’d also be happy to take the time to acquire a pre-determination from your insurance company for a more exact quote. Either way, we do our best to make sure that before we start, you know what to expect.

Supplemental Plans
Not Insured? We have an Affordable Supplemental Dental Plan.
Our team’s mission is to excel in the field of dentistry, while providing each patient with exceptional care and quality work. Dr. Palm and his staff feel that it is important to provide patients with all possible options, while keeping the cost affordable for today’s times.
Affordable Supplemental Plan Details
ADULTS (18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER):
New Patient Fee (which includes a full set of dental x-rays): $255 (will be $230 a year after first year)
Established Patient Fee Per Year: $230 per adult (18 years of age and older)
CHILDREN (UNDER THE AGE OF 18):
Fee per year: $175
Your membership fee includes:
2 exams per year
New Patients: full set of x-rays
Established Patients: checkup x-rays
2 professional cleanings per year
2 fluoride treatments for children under 18
All other fluoride treatments will be offered at 20% discount
Limitations:
Full membership fee must be paid day of enrollment.
Patients agree that all payments must be made at time of service.
Any services not paid at the time of service will be billed at the usual, customary and regular rates.
Valid for one year from paid enrollment date.
All appointments must be completed during the enrollment period.
This is not an insurance.
PLEASE NOTE: there are no refunds on Affordable Supplemental Plans. Plan is void one year from date of first cleaning, which is your date of enrollment. Second cleaning must be used within one year of your date of enrollment.
